Ms. Kelly Starr

My name is Kelly Starr and I am blessed to serve as the new principal at All Saints.  For the last six years I have served as Elementary Assistant Principal and Prek-12 Director of Teaching and Learning at Regina Catholic Education Center in Iowa City.  During my time at Regina, I guided our work of always doing what’s best for students while facilitating the learning and systematic structure of tiered levels of support (MTSS), integration of technology to enhance student learning, and curricular focused professional development to align priority standards.  

I look forward to meeting the entire All Saints community and continuing to guide and support our students academically, morally, spiritually, socially, mentally and physically by meeting the unique needs of each student.  It is my belief that through personal connection and love of our students we can establish a faith filled learning environment where students will flourish and develop while beginning to understand their purpose through God’s will in their lives.
