My name is Christina Root, and I teach 2nd grade at All Saints. I have a Bachelor of Arts in education from Luther College in Decorah, IA. I also have a Master of Education in STEAM curriculum design and instruction through Concordia University in Portland. OR. I have been teaching since 2008. I teach in a Catholic school because I believe that faith is central to who we are as humans and how we view and interact with the world around us. Working in a Catholic school allows for the sharing of faith throughout the curricular day. The best thing about All Saints is the community. Both the teacher community and the parent community are incredibly supportive, kind, and passionate about making sure each child receives the best possible education in a caring and safe environment.
